By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and our <a href=\"\/en\/refund_returns\/\">Returns &amp; Refunds Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Products, Colors and Sizing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We make every effort to display our products, colors and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.<\/li>\n<li>Product sizes are listed in standard U.S. sizes. Please review our <a href=\"\/en\/size-guide\/\">Size Guide<\/a> and each product&#8217;s fit notes before ordering.<\/li>\n<li>All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Pricing and Errors<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We work to keep prices accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for that item. If your payment has already been charged, we will notify you and issue a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Orders and Acceptance<\/h2>\n<p>Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after you have paid, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel your own order for a full refund before it ships.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Estimated processing and delivery times are listed in our <a href=\"\/en\/refund_returns\/\">Returns &amp; Refunds Policy<\/a>. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC&#8217;s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Risk of loss passes to you when your package is delivered.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>The Site&#8217;s design, text, logos and original content belong to The Chicago Runway Fashions or its licensors and are protected by law. Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\n<p>You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Disclaimers<\/h2>\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available.&#8221; Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including implied warranties provided by law.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. You may also bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible.<\/p>\n<h2>15. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these Terms from time to time.
