By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Information We Collect<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Information you give us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order information:<\/strong> name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account information:<\/strong> if you create an account, your login email and password (stored in encrypted form).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communications:<\/strong> messages you send us through our contact form or by email, and product reviews you post.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing preferences:<\/strong> your email address if you choose to join our mailing list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment information:<\/strong> payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do <strong>not<\/strong> receive or store your full card number. The payment processor handles your payment data under its own privacy policy and security standards (PCI-DSS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Information collected automatically:<\/strong> when you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We share your name, shipping address, phone number and order details with them, and with our order-management platform, only to fulfill and deliver your order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping carriers:<\/strong> to deliver your package and provide tracking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment processors:<\/strong> to process payments and refunds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service providers:<\/strong> companies that host our website, send our emails, and provide analytics and security services, under obligations to protect your information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal and safety:<\/strong> when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others from fraud or harm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business transfers:<\/strong> if our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Email Marketing<\/h2>\n<p>If you subscribe to our emails, we will send you news about new arrivals and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Order and shipping emails are transactional and will still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Cookies and Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (like the cart and checkout) may not work without them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do Not Track:<\/strong> some browsers send a &#8220;Do Not Track&#8221; signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a>. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>California &#8220;Shine the Light&#8221;:<\/strong> we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Data Security<\/h2>\n<p>We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and secure third-party payment processing, consistent with New York&#8217;s SHIELD Act. No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and warranty issues, and meet tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). We delete or anonymize other personal information when it is no longer needed.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Children&#8217;s Privacy<\/h2>\n<p>Our Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children&#8217;s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> and we will delete it.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Visitors Outside the United States<\/h2>\n<p>We currently sell and ship only within the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States.
