If something isn&#8217;t right, here is exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work. This policy is posted before purchase and applies to every order.<\/p>\n<h2>Quick Summary<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30-day returns<\/strong> from the date your order is delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Items must be <strong>unworn, unwashed and in original condition<\/strong> with tags attached.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damaged, defective or wrong item?<\/strong> We cover all costs. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds go back to your <strong>original payment method<\/strong> within 5\u201310 business days after we receive your return.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Holiday returns:<\/strong> orders delivered November 1 \u2013 December 24 can be returned through <strong>January 31<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>1. Return Window and Condition<\/h2>\n<p>You may return most items within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong> for a refund. To qualify, items must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unworn, unwashed and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or stains<\/li>\n<li>In original condition with all original tags and packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Items that are returned worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or without tags may be refused or receive a partial refund. We will contact you before issuing any partial refund.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Intimates and Sleepwear<\/h2>\n<p>For hygiene reasons, lingerie and chemises may be returned only if they are <strong>unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner and tags still attached<\/strong>. Pajamas and robes follow our standard return policy.<\/p>\n<h2>3. How to Start a Return<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">Contact us<\/a> within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.<\/li>\n<li>We will reply within 2 business days with your return authorization and the correct return address. <strong>Our items ship from several warehouses, so please do not send returns to the address on your package label.<\/strong> Returns sent to an incorrect address cannot be processed.<\/li>\n<li>Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>4. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or didn&#8217;t like the fit:<\/strong> you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item):<\/strong> we pay for everything, including return shipping, and refund or replace the item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your <strong>original payment method within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. If you paid for shipping and the return is due to our error, your shipping cost is refunded too.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>Because our styles are limited, the fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn&#8217;t what you ordered, <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong> with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover all shipping costs. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>You may cancel your order for a <strong>full refund<\/strong> any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Shipping Times and Delays<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We currently ship to <strong>U.S. addresses only<\/strong> (all 50 states).<\/li>\n<li>Most orders ship within <strong>1\u20135 business days<\/strong> and arrive within <strong>3\u201310 business days<\/strong> after shipping. You will receive tracking information by email.<\/li>\n<li>Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more; a flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $50.<\/li>\n<li>If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to <strong>cancel for a full refund<\/strong> or agree to the new shipping date, as required by the FTC&#8217;s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>10. Lost or Missing Packages<\/h2>\n<p>If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can&#8217;t find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Your Rights<\/h2>\n<p>This policy does not limit any rights you have under federal or state consumer-protection law, including warranties implied by law.
